Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Orders of $120 or more ship free. Orders under $120 have a $15 flat-rate shipping fee.
How long does it take to process my order?
Processing time is 1–2 business days.
How long does delivery take after my order ships?
Transit time after shipment is typically 3–7 business days.
What is your daily order cutoff time?
5:00 PM CST. Orders placed after the cutoff are typically processed the next business day.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers.
Will I receive tracking information?
If tracking is available for your shipment, we will provide it after the order ships.
Can I cancel my order?
Before shipment, you may request cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on the order’s status. After shipment, cancellation is not available; eligible items must follow the return process.
What is your return window?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Final Sale items and custom or made-to-order items (when offered and clearly identified at purchase) are not eligible for return.
Who pays for return shipping?
For non-quality returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage in transit, or product defect), we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid option, depending on the situation.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees.
What if my item arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging for damage claims (DOA). For wrong items, contact us promptly so we can review and resolve.
How long do refunds take?
If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval and issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Do you charge tax at checkout?
Product prices include applicable taxes. We do not add additional sales tax at checkout.
